We currently offer delivery options through reputable UK carriers. Available services may include:

Standard Shipping (2–4 business days)
A reliable and cost-effective service for non-urgent orders.

Express Shipping (1–2 business days)
Faster delivery for customers who need their device or parts quickly.

Tracking is included on most shipping services and will be shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may vary due to location, weather or seasonal demand.
 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

• the delivery method you choose
• the size and weight of your order
• your delivery location

You’ll always see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.
 

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before our daily cut-off (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same working day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off, weekends, or UK bank holidays will ship the next working day.
• Every device is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
   

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order leaves our workshop, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery through the courier’s website.
• If tracking appears inactive, please allow a few hours for the first scan to update.

• To ensure fast and reliable delivery:
• We currently ship within the UK only.
• Certain oversized, restricted, or high-value items may require additional verification before dispatch.
• If any issue arises with your delivery address or selected shipping method, we will contact you promptly.
